The Elite Reset is a private, in-home session designed for self-aware individuals who feel depleted, unclear, or energetically overextended despite doing “all the right things.”
This work is for people who have already done personal growth or healing work and are ready to restore nervous system regulation, clear emotional residue, and reconnect with their own internal authority.
Each session blends intentional bodywork, guided breath, and energy clearing. Sessions are designed to support:
- Nervous system re-regulation soothing anxiety and releasing attachments
- Release of emotional and energetic residue (often accumulated through work or social environments)
- Restoration of self-trust and clarity creating safety and inner peace
- Grounded, embodied integration providing a sense of wholeness and sovereignty
This offering is not designed to fix, rescue, or carry those unwilling to engage in their own healing. It is for individuals who are ready to receive support — and use it.
Sessions are offered as 90 minute outcall only to allow for deeper regulation, privacy, and integration outside of an office setting.
Availability is limited. Most clients arrive through intuitive curiosity or word of mouth.

What You Will Receive:
- Breathwork with gentle body scan (approximately 10 minutes)
- Therapeutic massage and reset that is soothing, intentionally paced and transformative on a physical level
- Use of high-grade organic and essential oils to nourish the body
- Energetic healing, attunement and grounding to complete each session inviting clarity, stillness, and recalibration (approximately 10 minutes)
- Privacy and discretion is a high priority
