Signature Custom Massage – A comprehensive full-body massage in my signature attuned therapeutic style. Pressure is adjusted to your individual needs ranging from Swedish Relaxation to Deep Tissue creating a cohesive, balanced experience. I seamlessly integrate a range of techniques to address tension, mobility restrictions and energetic imbalance, while highlighting areas of current concern. This session is designed to enhance over all wellbeing. Ideal for ongoing care, recovery, and consistent body maintenance.
Intuitive Healing Reset – The Intuitive Healing Reset is a deeper, integrative massage session designed for those ready to shift more than surface tension. This work blends skilled bodywork with refined intuitive awareness, addressing physical restrictions while simultaneously working with the nervous system. Think slower pace, longer holds, allowing the body and mind to fully drop in and reconnect. This session is ideal for clients navigating high demand, transition, or accumulated stress patterns that require more than maintenance.
LOMI LOMI Massage – Lomi Lomi is a holistic massage style originating in the Hawaiian Islands. This session incorporates the use of long flowing strokes that move from head to toe in a rhythmic manner. The results are soothing and transcendental leaving you feeling serene and extremely relaxed
CBD Infused Massage – Enjoy a Signature Custom Massage with the additional healing benefits of CBD Massage oil. The enhancement of CBD helps soothe sore muscles and promotes overall health and calming sensations.
Prenatal Massage (After the 1st trimester) – Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Hot Stone Therapeutic Massage – Smooth stones are heated and used to massage the body. The therapeutic effects of heat relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Craniosacral Therapy – Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer. For this session please arrive in loose fitting clothes.
Reiki Energy Healing – Reiki is a form of high vibrational energy healing which utilizes universal life-force energy. It is a holistic healing system originally devised in Japan. Reiki can be used to bring comfort to people suffering from a range of conditions emotional and physical. This beautiful modality provides the body with peace and soothing energies. Reiki encourages you to let go of negative emotions and promotes the qualities of goodwill while balancing and energizing the whole energy field.
Custom Facial – Skin care customized to your facial needs. A deep cleansing, toning and exfoliation routine will enhance your natural beauty. A variety of facial massage techniques are used to lift and tone skin bringing increased circulation to the face and neck. All treatments are customized using Laurel Whole Plant Organics and Biossance Products.
